氮离子注入夏蜡梅种子的M1代早期表型观察

摘    要:以夏蜡梅种子为试材,进行氮离子注入处理,观测不同剂量处理后夏蜡梅M1代的农艺特征的差异。试验结果显示:离子束注入后种子的发芽率、出苗率及存活率均低于未处理的种子,且发芽率随剂量的增加呈马鞍形曲线;处理后的种子苗期的生长受阻,剂量为800×2.6×1013N+/cm2的种子在株高等方面表现出一定的处理刺激效应,而剂量为1000×2.6×1013N+/cm2处理后植物的形态差异较其他显著,疑是夏蜡梅遗传改良比较合适的剂量。

Abstract:Sinocalycanthus chinensis seeds were implanted by low energy N+ at different dosage The results indicated that the germination rate,the seedling rate and the livability were lower than that of the untreated;the germination rate of seeds appeared to be saddle curve with the injection of increasing dosages.The dosage of 800×2.6×1013N+/cm2 improved the germination rate and growth.The dosage of 1 000×2.6×1013N+/cm2 induced apparent variations of M1 generation phenotypes,and it maybe the better dosage for the genetic improvement ofSinocalycanthus chinensis.
