豆腐柴枝条水培生根的研究

摘    要:以野生豆腐柴不同枝龄茎段为繁殖材料,通过在不同培养液中添加不同浓度的NAA进行通气培养,研究豆腐柴茎段水培生根的最佳培养条件。结果表明,豆腐柴二、三年生枝条的水培生根率显著高于一年生枝条,最高能达到95.0%;1/10 Hoagland营养液与清水相比,更有利于豆腐柴茎段生根。在1/10Hoagland营养液中低浓度的NAA能显著促进豆腐柴茎段生根和根系发育,但在清水中NAA对根的生长促进作用不显著。

Abstract:Branches with different ages as propagation material were aerobic incubated with different culture mediums which were added in different concentration of NAA.The results showed that the rooting rate of cuttings of 2 or 3 years were significantly higher than those from 1 year,the highest rooting rate was 95%;1/10 Hoagland nutrient solution was more beneficial to rooting of Premna branches as compared with clear water.Low concentration of NAA could significantly promote rooting and development,but,not significantly in clear water.
