摘    要:为了研究赤霉素促进白菜生长及作用的机理,采用外源赤霉素处理白菜,并测定与生长相关的形态和生理指标的变化,结果表明,赤霉素处理可促进白菜植株茎的伸长,以300 mg/L为最佳浓度;在促进茎粗和整个植株的生长方面以100 mg/L为最佳浓度。分析促进生长的因素,赤霉素处理有利于可溶性糖的积累和可溶性蛋白质含量的升高,而且可使叶片的叶绿素含量提高27.61%。

Abstract:In order to research the action and mechanism of gibberellin in promotion for growth of the chinese cabbage, the plants Wastreated by exogenous gibberellin and the morphological and physiological items related to growth were measured. The results showed that GA treatment promoted stem elongation of chinese cabbage, and the most effective concentration was 300 mg/L. However the most effective concentration for enhencing stem diameter and promoting entire plant growth was 100 mg/L. Analysing the factors related to growth promotion, the content of solbule sugar and protein were all increased after gibberellins treatment, moreover the chloroplyll content in leaves increased by 27.61%.
