摘    要:对近年来国内外有关氮素肥料对地表水、地下水和大气的污染状况及其对蔬菜硝酸盐的污染进行了综述。提出了氮素肥料合理调控的技术途径(包括利用根层土壤剖面硝态氮推荐施氮肥技术、改良作物品种、研制适宜的控效肥和水土保持技术)。

Contamination of Nitrogen-containing Fertilizers to Environment and Vegetable and Rational Regulation and Control Measures
Abstract:The application of nitrogen containing fertilizers in agriculture plays an important role in ensuring food-supplying safety in China. However, excessive application of N fertilizers will pollute the environment and edible vegetables. This paper focused on reviewing the pollution of nitrogen containing fertilizers to surface and ground waters, atmosphere and vegetables. Rational regulation and control routes were proposed, such as: Making recommendation of nitrogen-containing fertilizer rates based on nitrate contents in the soil rooting layers; (2) improving crop varieties; (3) developing appropriate controlled availability fertilizers; and (4) adopting soil conservation techniques.
