摘    要:以不同剂量的CCC(矮壮素)对马尾松苗木进行土壤施药处理以及用不同浓度的CCC、B-9(比久)和pp333(多效唑)对苗木进行叶面喷施试验.1000、1500ppmCCC土壤施药以及750、1000PPmCCC,1500PPmB-9和500、750PPmpp333叶喷处理对苗木地上部分生长有明显抑制作用,并明显促进根部生长,提高根冠比.同时提高针叶的叶绿素含量、蛋白质含量、总核酸含量和根系活力.增强了苗木体内新陈代谢活动,提高了苗木的素质.

Abstract:Spraying the needle surface of Masson pine (Pinus massoniana) seedling with CCC at concentratlom of 750ppm and 1000ppm.B-9 at a concentration of 1500ppm and pp333 at concentrations of 500 ppm and 750ppm,and fertilizing the soil with CCC at concentrations of 1000ppm and 1300ppm,inhibit stem elongation and promote root growh, as a result increase root/shoot ratio. These treatments also improved the metabolic activity and root vigor of the seedling by increacing the contents of chlorophyll, protein and nucleic acids.
