| 摘 要： | 文章针对远程答疑系统中存在的智能性不足、手段单一等缺点,设计并开发了一个智能答疑系统。通过深入分析远程教育的特点,提出了一个智能答疑系统结构。借助于知识推理、专家系统等技术,以及先进的开发工具实现了该系统。实际应用显示了该系统的价值。

| Abstract: | In the background of the fact that most Answer Question Systems lack of intelligence and have simplex pattern,an IAQS(Intelligent Answer Question System) is designed and developed.Through analyzing the characteristic of distance education,we proposed an architecture of IAQS.Employing the technologies of know-ledge reasoning,expert system and advanced development tools,the system was implemented.The practical appli-cation shows IAQS′s value. |
