| 摘 要： | 在全球化网络化全面应用的新业态情境下,管理者面对网络舆情的来源、获取方式、多样化与不确定等现状,承受着管理效能压力。基于灰色系统理论评估架构,藉由灰色模型产生的预测数据指标,通过灰预测分析,利用平均绝对误差率,参考生命周期原理,定位网络舆情状态与发展阶段,探究管理效能,提高网络舆情利用率。

| Abstract: | In the new situation with the comprehensive application of globalized network, the managers have faced the diversity and uncertainty in the source and access of online public opinion, and are under the pressure of management efficiency. Based on the assessment architecture and related prediction index data of grey system theory, through the analysis of grey prediction by using the mean absolute error rate and life cycle theory, this paper pointed out the condition and development stage of online public opinion, to explore the management efficiency and improve the utilization rate of online public opinion. |
