| 摘 要： | 本文通过调查分析“985”高校移动图书馆建设现状,指出目前高校移动图书馆建设中存在的不足。根据用户需求,运用响应式WEB设计技术,以移动优先、触摸至上为设计理念,设计开发移动图书馆网站。并对网站开发中常见的触摸屏、导航位置、浏览器兼容和性能问题提供了解决方法。

| Abstract: | Through the investigation and analysis on the present situation of the construction of "985" University mobile libraries, this paper pointed out the existing problems, and designed the mobile library website according to the needs of users, with the application of responsive WEB design technology, and the concept of mobile-first and priority touch, and also provided solutions for some problems in touch screen, navigation position and browser compatibility and performance. |
