| 摘 要： | 应用门槛理论,以湖南湘西北常德市桃源县枫树乡回维村为例,分析该少数民族村发展中的门槛限制因素,提出解决这些问题、促进社会主义新农村发展的整治规划措施,并以小见大、由点及面地探索我国少数民族地区新农村整治规划的发展之路.
