航天紫花苜蓿中黄酮的提取及抑菌活性

摘    要:用索氏回流法正交提取航天紫花苜蓿(Medicago sativa)中的黄酮(芦丁),以510 nm最大吸光度进行可见光谱检测,测定芦丁含量,并对两种供试菌进行体外抑菌活性测定。结果表明,通过单因素试验确定的各因素影响能力大小为超声提取时间料液比乙醇浓度,芦丁含量最高为10.04 mg·g-1;大肠埃希氏杆菌的最小抗菌浓度为0.40 mg·g-1,金黄色葡萄球菌的最小抗菌浓度为0.70 mg·g-1。

Abstract:Flavonoid was extracted from space breeding alfalfa with Soxhlet extraction with orthogonal design and content was determined with spectrophotometer at 510 nm.Two bacteria were selected for in vitro antibacterial activity test.The results show that each factor with various influence with the following order: Ultrasonic extraction timeLiquid to solid ratioEthanol concentration.The highest content was 10.04 mg·g-1.The MIC of Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus were 0.40 and 0.70 mg·mL-1,respectively.
