摘    要:目的]比较柴胡不同炮制品中总皂苷及微量元素的含量,为柴胡及其不同炮制品在临床上的合理使用提供参考。方法]选取柴胡不同炮制品,采用可见分光光度法在535 nm波长下测定总皂苷的含量,并采用原子吸收分光光度法测定其5种微量元素的含量。结果]在3种炮制品中,柴胡醋炙品中总皂苷和5种微量元素的含量最低,酒炙品中总皂苷和Fe、Mg、Zn含量最高。结论]柴胡炮制前后总皂苷和微量元素含量均发生了显著变化。

Comparative Analysis of Total Saponin and Five Kinds of Trace Elements Content in the Processed Drugs of Radix bupleuri

Abstract:Objective]The research aimed to study the content of total saponin and five kinds of trace elements in the processed drugs of Radix bupleuri and provide reference for the reasonable clinical use of R.bupleuri and its products.Method]The content of total saponins was determined by using UV-vis spectrophotometry at the wavelength of 535 nm.And the atomic absorption spectrophotometry was used to determine the content of five trace elements.Result]The content of total saponins and five kinds of trace elements in R.bupleuri processed by rice-vinegar were lowest,and the content of total saponins and Fe,Mg and Zn were highest in wine-processed R.bupleuri.Conclusion]The content of total saponins and five kinds of trace elements varied greatly in different processed drugs of R.bupleuri.
