摘    要:两次重复试验研究日粮添加寡果糖对雏鸡生产性能、免疫功能和内分泌的影响。每次试验48只7日龄鸡 ,随机分为2组 ,即基础日粮组、添加0.05 %寡果糖组。结果表明 ,寡果糖能显著提高21日龄雏鸡增重和饲料转化率(P<0.05) ,使雏鸡的免疫器官相对重量增加(P<0.05) ,T淋巴细胞对PHA的反应性、NK细胞活力、血清新城疫疫苗抗体效价显著提高(P<0.05) ,血液T3 和胰岛素水平显著提高(P<0.05) ,T4 水平变化不显著

Abstract:Two experiments were conducted to determine the effects of diet supplemented with fructooligosaccharide(FOS) preparations on growth performances,immune function and endocrine secretion in chicks.48 seven-day-old chicks were divided into two groups randomly in each experiment,namely,control,control+0.05% FOS.The results showed that basal diet supplemented with FOS significantly increased body weight gains and feed conversion ratio(P<0.05) in 21-days-old chicks.Relative weight of immunity organ,T lymphocytes blastogenic responses to PHA,natural killer cell activity and serum antibody titres to newcastle disease virus increased significantly(P<0.05).Blood T3 and insulin level were elevated significantly(P<0.05),while there was no significant change in T4 contents.
