摘    要:汽车安全带螺栓是安全带系统重要零件之一,如何防止螺栓表面腐蚀并保护外观美观是螺栓设计的重要课题之一。文章介绍了传统的螺栓紧固件表面处理技术,包括电镀锌和电镀锌镍合金,以及近年来逐步广泛使用的锌铝涂覆技术,探讨了最新的电泳涂装技术,并对这几种技术进行了对比分析,以期为汽车安全带螺栓表面处理技术的选用和设计提供参考。

Abstract:The automobile seat belt screw is one of the most important part for safety system,how to protect and avoid corrosion and make its surface appearance beautiful is one of the important subjects for designing screws.This article introduce the characteristic for normal screw surface treatment technology,which Include electrogalvanizing,Zn-Ni Allay Plating etc.And Zink flake which was widely used for recent years,as well as the latest surface treatment’s characteristics of electrophoretic painting,it also makes a comparative analysis of these technologies.It can provide reference to design or choose surface treatment for automobile seat belt screw at present and in future.
