The Path and Enlightenment of the Spreading of Chinese Tea Culture in Japan at the Early Stage

Chinese tea culture was introduced into Japan in the middle of Tang Dynasty by Japanese monks and diplomats to the Tang Dynasty,and finally took root in the foreign land owing to the strong support of Emperor Saga.There are mainly three paths for Chinese tea culture to speed in Japan at the early stage:the translation of tea culture classics,the praise of Japanese monks,the introduction of Chinese tea poetry and the creation of Japanese tea poetry.The successful propagation of Chinese tea culture through these three paths enlightens that the international spreading of today’s Chinese tea culture should pay attention to the translation and publicity of fine works of tea culture,increase the supports of the government on tea industry and utilize up-to-date media.
