摘    要:目前设计师在进行包装设计时多以单一用户的需求为主要设计依据,缺乏综合考虑多主体用户需求,因此提出一种基于多主体用户的茶叶包装迭代设计方法。首先通过资料查询及用户调研,提取出企业与消费者共同的需求点,其次运用熵权法确定基于企业需求的重要度,然后利用模糊kano模型确定消费者的必备需求、期望需求以及兴奋需求,最后根据消费者需求分类结果引入重要度调整函数对企业需求重要度进行调整,得出综合考虑企业和消费者的需求重要度,从而找出改进点,指导茶叶包装的迭代设计。以茶叶包装设计为例,验证了该方法的有效性和可操作性。

Abstract:At present,when designers are designing packaging,they mainly take the needs of a single user as the main design basis and lack of comprehensive consideration of the needs of multi-agent users.Therefore,an iterative design method for tea packaging based on multi-agent users is proposed.Firstly,through the data query and user survey,the common demand points of the enterprise and the consumer were extracted.Secondly,the entropy weight method was used to determine the importance of enterprise demand.Then,the fuzzy kano model was used to determine the consumer's necessary demand,expected demand and excited demand.Finally,according to the classification results of consumer demand,the importance adjustment function was introduced to adjust the importance of the enterprise demand,and the importance of comprehensive consideration of the needs of enterprises and consumers was obtained,so as to find out the improvement points and guide the iterative design of tea packaging.Taking tea packaging design as an example,the validity and operability of the method were verified.
