摘 要: | 文章明确了极位夹角θ的定义,分析曲柄摇杆机构极位夹角θ的可能取值范围为0°,180°),推导出极位夹角为零度、锐角、直角和钝角四种情况下杆长间的数学关系式。分析了三类曲柄摇杆机构的急回运动,并基于ADAMS对各自的极位夹角θ及行程速比系数的取值条件下进行了仿真验证。

Abstract: | Clarified the definition of the extreme angleθ,analyzed the possible value range of the crank-rocker mechanism’s extreme angleθas0°,180°).The mathematical expressions of the bar length are derived under the four conditions of zero degree,acute angle,right angle and obtuse angle.The quick-return motions of three types of crank-rocker mechanisms are analyzed,and simulation verification is performed based on ADAMS for the values of the respective extreme angleθand stroke speed ratio coefficient. |
