复合连杆机构输出运动与动力学分析

摘    要:文章分析了一种基于平面六杆机构复合机构的输出运动和动力,讨论了该机构的输出行程,建立了两种不同情况时输出行程的计算模型。利用ADAMS软件对ABCE为曲柄摇杆机构时的输出行程进行了模型的仿真分析,仿真结果与模型计算结果完全一致。从仿真得到的机构速度和加速度结果可以看出该机构运动平稳性好,将该机构运用于实现工件的塑性挤压成形,相较于普通的挤压成形工件,精度有了很大提高。

Abstract:This paper analyzes the output motion and dynamic force of a compound mechanism based on planar six bar mechanism,the output stroke of the mechanism is discussed,and the calculation model of the output stroke under two different conditions is established.ADAMS is used to simulate and analyze the output stroke of the crank-rocker mechanism when ABCE is the crank-rocker mechanism.The simulation results are completely consistent with the calculation results of the model.From the simulation results of the velocity and acceleration of the mechanism,it can be seen that the motion of the mechanism is stable.When the mechanism is applied to realize plastic extrusion forming of workpieces,the accuracy is greatly improved compared with common extrusion forming workpieces.
