摘    要:运用Hypermesh软件建立某轻型电动货车车架有限元模型,分析车架在满载运动和扭转(前右轮悬空)工况下的应力和位移分布情况.在此基础上,通过Optistruct自动寻优,对车架进行轻量化设计,并结合制造成本要求,给出最终优化结果.经过此次优化,车架重量由332kg降低为222kg,减重率为33%,轻量化效果明显,所获...

Abstract:The finite element model of a light electric freight car frame was established by Hypermesh,The stress and displacement distribution of the frame under full load motion and torsion(the front right wheel is suspended)are analyzed.On this basis,through the Optistruct automatic optimization,the lightweight design of the frame,and combined with the requirements of manufacturing cost,the final optimization results are given.After this optimization,the frame weight is reduced from 332kg to 222kg,and the weight loss rate is 33%.The lightweight effect is obvious,The obtained results provide the optimization direction and theoretical basis for the frame design,and the engineering significance is obvious.
