基于AMESim的差动继动阀的动态性能仿真研究

摘    要:在商用车气压制动系统中,差动继动阀有着广泛的使用。本文根据差动继动阀的结构原理图和它的工作原理建立数学模型,并使用AMEsim仿真软件对差动继动阀建立仿真模型。通过改变输入气压和控制气压参数,分析其压力特性和响应特性等动态响应特性。差动继动阀相较于普通继动阀而言,多一个控制气压口,用于驻车制动。通过建模仿真分析,得出所建模型能实现差动继动阀的功能。

Abstract:Differential relay valve is widely used in the pneumatic braking system of commercial vehicles.The mathematical model of differential relay valve is established according to its structural schematic diagram and working principle.AMEsim simulation software is introduced to build AMEsim dynamic simulation model of differential relay valve.The dynamic response characteristics such as pressure characteristics and response characteristics are analyzed by changing the input pressure and controlling the pressure parameters.Compared with ordinary relay valve,differential relay valve has one more control air pressure port for parking brake.
