摘    要:文章分析了目前产品轻量化设计的现状,以某曲柄臂结构为研究对象,应用有限元分析软件进行了静力学求解,并基于其静力学结果对研究对象的结构进行了拓扑优化,依据优化结果对曲柄臂进行验证,通过改变对曲柄臂加强筋的厚度静应力对比分析表明,在满足刚度和强度条件下,曲柄臂的质量减少了4.1%,同时进行疲劳验证,该研究可为曲柄臂轻量化可...

Abstract:The article analyzes the current status of lightweight design of products,taking a crank arm structure as the research object and using finite element analysis software to solve the problem based on the statics results,topological optimization of the structure of the research object based on its statics results.The results were verified for the crank arm based on the data results.The comparative analysis of the thickness of the crank arm stiffeners by changing the static stress showed that the mass of the crank arm was reduced by 4.1%under the conditions of rigidity and strength.At the same time,part fatigue verification is carried out,lightweight and reliable design provide theoretical guidance.
