| Abstract: | The use of power electronic components has penetrated into various fields of today's society,how to ensure its reliability is a hot issue.This paper introduces the failure mechanism of power electronic components,analyzes the related life prediction methods according to the failure mechanism,and discusses the opportunities and challenges existing in the current development of power electronic components,so as to provide reference for the related follow-up research. |
