摘    要:本文针对三峡库区山地丘陵地势特点,以发展山地农业机械为目标,以现有农业机械装备为基础,设计适用于山地丘陵地区农机的行走机构。文中分析了山地丘陵地区农机发展现状,针对现有农机在爬坡和越障方面的不足,设计了两段式独立履带结构的行走机构,该行走机构可以解决农业机械面临的最基本的能到问题,突破该地区农业机械发展的瓶颈。

Research on the design of agricultural machinery walking mechanism based on mountain and hilly area

Abstract:According to the characteristics of the mountainous and hilly terrain of the Three Gorges Reservoir area,this paper aims to develop mountain agricultural machinery,based on existing agricultural machinery and equipment,and designs a walking mechanism suitable for agricultural machinery in mountainous and hilly areas.The article analyzes the current situation of agricultural machinery development in mountainous and hilly areas.Aiming at the shortcomings of existing agricultural machinery in terms of climbing and obstacle crossing,a two-stage independent crawler structure walking mechanism is designed.This walking mechanism can solve the most basic aspects of agricultural machinery.Problems,breaking through the bottleneck of the development of agricultural machinery in the region.
