摘    要:由于现有的差速器在使用时无法便捷地对壳体内部的润滑油进行过滤清洁,易造成差速器产生异响,影响差速器的使用性能,且在差速器工作时无法对其进行散热,降低差速器的使用寿命。基于此,笔者从差速器的使用背景和应用技术出发,设计了一种电动汽车分布式驱动差速装置,该装置具有便捷过滤、辅助散热的特点。本文从差速装置的结构组成及设计内容、技术方案、工作原理及使用流程、特色与创新等方面详细论述了该电动汽车分布式驱动差速装置的设计,仅供参考。

Design of the differential device for a distributed drive electric vehicle

Abstract:Because the existing differential cannot easily filter and clean the lubricating oil inside the shell when it is in use,the service quality of the lubricating oil is affected,the differential is prone to produce abnormal sound,affecting the service quality,and the heat dissipation cannot be carried out on the differential when it is in operation,thus reducing the service life of the equipment.Therefore,based on its background and application technology,an electric vehicle distributed drive differential device is designed,which has the characteristics of convenient filtration and auxiliary heat dissipation.This paper discusses the design of a distributed driving speed differential device for electric vehicle from the structure composition and design content,technical scheme,working principle and use flow,characteristics and innovation.
