商科学生创新创业能力结构维度研究

创新创业由"众"而积厚成势,因"创"而破茧成蝶,创新驱动已是大势所趋。商科学生作为未来经济社会发展的主战力,其双创能力在某种程度上会影响我国创新型国家战略的实现。本文分析了国外的双创教育模式,阐述了国内的双创教育现状,相比国外的双创教育模式,我国在人才的双创教育培养上还有非常大的进步空间。本文从商科专业素养和商业社会实践两个维度出发,结合案例学院现有的培养模式,指出我国培养商科学生双创能力可以努力的方向。

Study on structure Dimension of the Innovation and Entrepreneurship Ability of Business Students

This is an era which advocates innovation and entrepreneurship.The innovation and entrepreneurship are not accumulated by groups,but broke through the dilemma by bringing forth new ideas.As the main force of economic and social development in the future,the ability of innovation and Entrepreneurship of students will affect the realization of China's innovative national strategy in some degree.Firstly,the article analyzes the mode of entrepreneurship and innovation education abroad,and then analyzes the current situation of entrepreneurship and innovation education in China.Compared with the foreign modes of entrepreneurship and innovation education,there is still a lot of room for progress in the cultivation of talents in China.Starting from the two dimensions of business professional quality and commercial social practice,combined with the existing training mode of the case college,this article points out the direction that we can work hard to cultivate business students'Entrepreneurship and innovation ability in China.
