摘    要:<正> 前言 随着集约化饲养业及配合饲料工业的迅速发展,对饲料营养价值评定手段的精度和效率提出了愈来愈高的要求。近几十年来常规化学分析技术有了一系列突破,在手段简化、试剂节约以及自动化方面都取得了许多卓有成效的进展。但是所有方法都还需要对饲料样品进行破坏性的预处理及经过相应的测试程序;对饲料营养价值的评定则还需要通过试验动物。由于这些条件的限制,在分析某一饲料时,一般只能采取压缩样品量,


APPLICATION OF NEAR INFRARED ( NIR ) SPECTROSCOPY TO ESTIMATING NUTRITIVE VALUE OF WHEAT BRAN
Abstract:Proximate compositions of 42 wheat bran samples -were measured by NIR as well as by conventional methods. The results showed that the correlation coefficients between the values by the two methods for crude protein, crude fiber, ether extract and crude ash were 0.99,0.98,0.52 and 0.35, and that the coefficients of variability were 1.9%, 3.8%, 19.2% and 10.1% respectively. The results of crude fiber and crude protein measured by NIR method were similar to those determined by the conventional methods. DE(dig玹ible energy)and AME (apparent metabolizable energy) of the wheat bran samples were measured by biological method and the effects of chemical composition of wheat bran on the DE and AME were analyzed by multiple regression and path coefficient methods. The results showed that crude fiber is the major factor affecting the DE and AME values of wheat bran. The correlation coefficients between regression analyses and biological method for DE and AME 0.91 and 0.90, and those between NIR and biological method were 0.98.and0.96,
