| 摘 要： | 依据GB 5009.33-2010—《食品中硝酸盐与亚硝酸盐的测定》,对新鲜叶菜和果菜中的亚硝酸盐含量进行了简单比较,检验结果显示,新鲜叶菜中亚硝酸盐含量有比果菜中亚硝酸盐含量多的趋势.
