| 摘 要： | 水利工程建设作为招投标方式较早的引进以及使用者,其运作方式已经具有一定的规范形式,然而同时其也存在不足之处。因此一定要对招投标在管理上予以强化,做到依法投标,基于此,主要对水利工程建设项目招投标管理出现的问题与防范方法进行探讨。
