蛋鸡的代谢能需要量

摘    要:试验测定了蛋鸡代谢能需要量。试鸡自由采食三种不同蛋白质来源的日粮(10%鱼粉日粮,2%鱼粉日粮和无鱼粉日粮)。在整个生长阶段(0—20同龄末)每两周测定一次单位代谢体重的代谢能进食量(ME_1)和增重沉积能量(NE_G)。由 MF_1对 NE_G 的回归分析得出蛋鸡平均维持代谢能需要量为每日每公斤代谢体重134.9千卡。进食代谢能的增重利用率为56.4%。统计中体重与体含能值间存在线性关系。其回归方程如下:(?)=1.49011+0.00063X(r=0.94199~**,df=10)其中 (?)—鸡体能值(千卡/克)X—鸡体重(克)产蛋期逐日测定每鸡产蛋数量,每两周统计一次进食量。在43和72周龄末抽样进行屠宰,测定鸡体成分和体能值。统计分析结果表明,产蛋期鸡每天的代谢能进食量为308.3±3.5千卡。根据本试验结果,作者建议如下推算产蛋鸡代谢能需要量的公式:(?)=135W~(0.75)+5△W+2E其中 (?)—每只产蛋鸡每天的代谢能需要量(千卡)W~(0.75)—产蛋鸡的代谢体重(公斤)△W—产蛋期平均每天鸡体重变化(克)E—每鸡每日的平均产蛋量(克)


DETERMINATION OF ENERGY REQUIREMENT FOR LAYER-STRAIN HENS
Abstract:An experiment was performed to determine the energy requirement oflayer-pullets.Birds were fed ad libitum with three diets different in proteinsource(10%fish-meal,2% fish-meal and fisn-meal-free diets respectively)。Over the growing period(0—20 week),the metabolizable energy intake(ME_1)and retention of energy for body gain(NE_7)per unit metabolic bodysize were estimated bi-weekly.The regression of ME_1 on NE_G indicated that the ME,mean of maintenacerequirement for hens was,134.9 Kcal per kg~(0.75),efficiency of ME_1 conversionto NE_G was 56.4%。A linear relationship between body weight and energy value of body wasfound,the regresson equation being:(?)=1.49011+0.00063X(r=0.94199~(**),df=10)Where:(?)—energy value of birds body(kcal/g)X—body weight(g)Over the laying period,the egg mass per bird was determined daily andfeed intake estimated bi-weekly.At 43 and 72 weeks old birds were slaughtered to determine body composi-tion.Result showed that the ME intake per bird was 307±0.109 kcal/d.According to data taken from this experiment for 504 days,the autherssuggested the following formula to culculate ME requirement for laying pullets:Y=135W~(0.75)+5ΔW+2EWhere.Y—ME requirement per bird per day(kcal)W~(0.75)—metabolic body size(kg)ΔW—average change in body weight per day over wholelaying period.E—means of egg mass per hen-day.
