摘    要:为筛选出防治榆绿毛萤叶甲Pyrrhalta aenescens的有效药剂, 为在园林植物害虫防治中合理使用杀虫剂提供指导?本文选用园林植物害虫防治中常用的4种杀虫剂进行室内毒力测定和田间防效试验?结果表明, 甲氨基阿维菌素苯甲酸盐对榆绿毛萤叶甲2~3龄幼虫的毒力最高, LC50为1.401 mg/L?高效氯氰菊酯次之, 印楝素的毒力最低, LC50为39.279 mg/L?田间药效试验表明, 施药3 d后, 稀释500倍的3%高效氯氰菊酯悬浮剂和3%甲氨基阿维菌素苯甲酸盐微乳剂的防效最好, 分别为91.22%和89.49%?施药5 d后, 4种杀虫剂对榆绿毛萤叶甲的防效为85.67%~91.97%, 无明显差异?研究结果为榆绿毛萤叶甲的防治提供了理论指导?

Abstract:In order to screen out effective agents for control Pyrrhalta aenescens and provide guidance for use of insecticides in pest control of garden plants, we determined the toxicity and field control effect of four commonly used insecticides on P. aenescens larvae in Hohhot. Laboratory toxicity tests showed that abamectin aminomethyl had the highest toxicity to P. aenescens larvae with LC50 value of 1.401 mg/L. Toxicity of azadirachtin to P. aenescens larvae was the lowest with LC50 value of 39.279 mg/L. Field tests showed that 3% beta-cypermethrin suspension diluted 500 times and 3% methylaminoabamectin benzoate microemulsion diluted 500 times had better control effect, with the efficacy of 91.22% and 89.49% after three days of application, respectively. Control effect of the four insecticides ranged from 85.67% to 91.97% with no significant difference five days after treatment, and the control efficacy of the two biological insecticides was slightly higher than that of chemical insecticides. The above results provided theoretical guidance for the prevention and control of P. aenescens.
