牧草蔗新品种(系)品种适应性研究

目的]筛选出适宜我国亚热带气候条件下的高产优质饲用牧草蔗新品种.方法]以甘蔗品种新台糖10号为母本,以美国甘蔗CP65-375为父本,通过杂交方式选育出分蘖能力强、耐旱、耐寒和再生能力的牧草蔗新品种,并在福建省漳州地区进行品种比较试验.结果]2009～2011年牧草新品种闽牧02117、闽牧02118和闽牧02222鲜草和干草产量均显著高于闽牧101和闽牧42;农艺性状方面,闽牧02117、闽牧02118和闽牧02222生长速度快,干物质含量和单丛分蘖数均高于对照闽牧42和闽牧101;越冬越夏能力方面,5个品种均可以顺利越冬和越夏,其中闽牧02117、闽牧02118和闽牧02222在福建省漳州地区均可以开花,而对照品种不开花.结论]闽牧02117、闽牧02118和闽牧02222牧草新品系均适宜在亚热带地区推广种植.

Study on the Adaptability of New Varieties(Lines) of Forage Sugarcane

Objective]The research aimed to screen out new varieties of high-yield and good-quality forage sugarcane under subtropic climate conditions in China.Method]With sugarcane variety Xintaitang 10 as female parent,with American sugarcane variety CP65-375 as male parent,new varieties with stronger tillering capacity,drought-tolerance,cold-tolerance and regeneration capacity were bred by using hybridization pattern.And the variety comparison test was made in Zhangzhou region of Fujian Province.Result]The fresh forage yield and hay yield of new forage varieties Minmu 02117,Minmu 02118 and Minmu 02222 were significantly higher than that of Minmu 101 and Minmu 42 during 2009-2011.As for agronomic traits,Minmu 02117,Minmu 02118 and Minmu 02222 had fast growth rate and their dry mater content and tiller number per cluster were higher than that of control varieties Minmu 42and Minmu 101.As for overwintering and oversummering capacities,all five varieties could overwinter and oversummer.Minmu 02117,Minmu 02118 and Minmu 02222 could bloom in Zhangzhou region of Fujian Province,but control varieties couldn＇t bloom.Conclusion]New forage varieties Minmu 02117,Minmu 02118 and Minmu 02222 were suitable for being popularized and planted in subtropic regions.
