| 摘 要： | 对野生欧洲李试管苗进行生根与移栽试验结果表明:欧洲李试管苗生根适宜的培养基配方为B5+IBA 0.4(mg/L)+蔗糖30 g/L+琼脂7 g/L,培养40 d,生根率达80;以上.移栽时用灭过菌而且通气透水性强的锯末为栽培基质最好,移栽成活率达70;以上.

| Abstract: | In this paper,the factors influencing rooting and transplanting efficiency of wild European plum(Prunus domestica L.)were studied.The result showed that the optimal rooting medium for wild European plum was B5 culture medium supplemented with 0.4 mg/L IBA,20 g/L sucrose and 7 g/L agar.The rooting rate of the shoots was over 80% after being cultured on this medium for 23 days.The sterilized loose sawdust was most suitable for transplanting seedlings,and more than 70% seedlings were survived. |
