基于ANSYS的越野赛车车架模态分析

摘    要:越野赛车由于经常承受由路面不平而引起的非对称载荷,最易激发车架的扭转振动,利用ANSYS软件建立了某Mini-Baja越野赛车车架有限元模型,通过对该模型进行的自由模态分析,获得了车架的前6阶固有频率和振型特征,结果表明车架固有频率大于路面的激励频率,不会产生共振,但是车架1阶和2阶固有频率却与发动机常用车速爆发频率相耦合。该结果为越野赛车车架的结构改进设计提供了理论依据。

Abstract:The off-road racing car was applied an anti-symmetric loading caused by the uneven surface of the road,it is easy to excite a torsional vibration of the frame,the finite element model for the frame of Mini-Baja off-road racing car was developed in ANSYS software,the first six order natural frequencies and mode shapes of the frame were obtained by the free modal analysis.The results show that the natural frequencies of the frame are greater than that of the road excitation,the resonance cannot be initiated,but,the first and second order natural frequencies of the frame coincide with the excitation frequency of the engine at the normal operation speed.This results provide the theoretical foundation for the optimum design of the frame.
