避雨栽培和露天栽培对葡萄生长 微环境及果实品质的影响

摘    要:本文研究了葡萄在避雨和露天2种不同栽培条件下,光照、温度、湿度等微环境条件差异及环境条件变化对葡萄果实品质的影响。结果表明,避雨栽培环境下,湿度、日较差、土壤水分等小气候要素更有利于葡萄的糖分形成和积累,夏黑、红富士、维多利亚3个葡萄品种的糖分含量在避雨栽培模式下均高于露天栽培。

Abstract:The differences of canopy microclimate and grape quality in Grapevine rain-shelter cultivation and open air cultivation.The paper focused on effect of micro-environment on the fruit quality, such as light, temperature, humidity in the shelter cultivation.The results showed that he grapes have higher sugar contents in Grapevine rain-shelter cultivation because of the main climate factors are better for the formation and accumulation of grape,such as humidy ,daily range of temperature,moisture of soil.Xiahei,Hongfushi,Weiduoliya have higher sugar contents in rain-shelter cultivation than open air cultivation.
