怀山药叶片脱分化过程中细胞早期变化的研究

摘    要:对怀山药叶片脱分化过程中细胞早期变化进行了研究。结果表明:叶片愈伤组织起源于叶肉细胞;细胞脱分化的特点是细胞质变浓,核相对变大,核仁明显;叶肉细胞脱分化后,其分裂方式为无丝分裂。

Abstract:The early changes of cotyledon cells cultured in leaf dedifferentiation of Dioscorea opposita Thunb were studied. The results showed that leaf explant calli were originated from succulent leaf cells. The dynamics in the process of leaf dedifferentiation were reflected in the following ways: cytoplast was concentrated, nuclei were enlarged, and nucleolus became more apparent. Amitosis was the main way of cell division at the stage of cell dedifferentiation.
