海南省多校区高校管理实践与探索

分析海南7所高校多校区管理中存在的校区治理机制缺乏、学科布局泛化、公共资源共享难、管理成本增加、校园文化建设成效差等问题。提出合理定位校区功能、加强网络信息系统建设、建立资源共享机制、加快校园文化建设等建议。

Management of Universities with Multi-campuses in Hainan

There are seven universities with multi-campuses in Hainan which have the problems in management such as lacking campus management mechanism, subject layout generalization, difficulty of sharing the public resources, increase of management costs and poor effects of campus culture construction. Some suggestions are put forward on setting reasonable functions of campuses, strengthening the construction of network information system, establishing a system of sharing the public resources and speeding up the construction of campus culture.
