摘    要:以番茄幼苗为材料,研究了叶霉病菌毒素对番茄叶片内SOD酶、POD酶活性及叶片细胞相对电导率和MDA含量变化的影响。结果表明,番茄叶片经叶霉粗毒素处理后,体内SOD酶和POD酶活性的变化基本趋于一致,即抗病品种中杂8号的活性均高于感病品种823番茄,从平均水平上看,酶活性下降,且抗病品种下降比率小于感病品种;毒素处理后,细胞内MDA含量和相对电导率增加,抗病品种增加比率低于感病品种。

Abstract:The changes in activities of superoxide dismutase(SOD),peroxidase(POD),contents of malonaldehyde(MDA) and relative conductivity in leaf cell of different tomato varieties were tested after tomato seedling were treated by Toxin from Cladosporium fulvum. The results showed that the changes of SOD and POD were similar. Zhongza No 8,a resistant variety, was higher than 823 tomato, a susceptible one, in the activities of SOD and POD. Activities of enzyme descended on average, and resistant variety displayed lower range than susceptible one during the change. After treated by toxin,MDA content and relative conductivity increased, and resistant varieties showed a lower increasing rate than susceptible varieties in MDA content and relative conductivity.
