| 摘 要： | 从生长牛黄的牛体胆囊中分离出二株细菌．经过细菌形态学，特殊培养基培养、生化试验及动物毒性试验检查判断为两株无致病性大肠杆菌。经过耐胆汁培养驯化，该菌株能在牛体内外胆汁中长期存活，并在胆囊中产生β－葡萄糖醛酸苷酶。经血清学鉴定为两株不同血清型大肠杆菌。

| Abstract: | Two strains of bacteria werefisolated from boy,ine gall bladders where bezoar form, which were identified as non-pathogenic E. Colt,based on bacterial twrphlogy) biochemical trial and the experiment of culturing on special culture medium, inoculating to animals. The two strains of bacteria can be alive in or out of the bile of bovine for a long time and produce &glucuronidase by theculture of bacteria in bile in order to adapted it to bile. They were identified as two different serotypes E. Colt. |
