摘    要: 魔芋作为一种以无性繁殖的重要经济作物,在栽培中用种量大,播后容易感病腐烂,种源成为魔芋优质栽培和新品种推广的一个重要限制因子。本实验利用白魔芋、花魔芋、黄魔芋、红魔芋的鳞叶、花序、叶柄、根状茎、球茎、茎尖组织等器官为外植体,成功研究了能诱导可用于大规模生产魔芋试管微球茎生产技术,初级诱导率(在试管内诱导的微球茎总数/接种外植体数目)达到300万倍以上,为魔芋大规模生产优质种苗栽培提供了有力的支持。

Abstract:Amorphophallus Blume,named Conjak normally,as one of the most important economical crop in mountains area,is propagated mainly by asexually method. Due to Large usage of seed-tuber and seed tuber rot or decayed after planted, large quantity seed tuber production is the key limit factor in multitude culture of conjak. This also influent the popularize of new and outstand variety. Bulb leaves, inflorescences, laef-stalks, bulb, cataphylla, stoles, tuber and shoot tips of four species of A.albus, A.revieri and A.bannaensis had been used as explant to induced the seed microtuber. High induce frequency of microtuber was arrived via five ways. The propagation index was above 300 million in one year.
