摘    要:在ADAMS中对玉米收获机割台关键工作机构进行运动仿真,可以为研究割台系统的运动提供更直观的了解方式,对分析系统的运动行为提供重要帮助。本文同时研究了UG与ADAMS之间的图形数据传输的方法和技巧,介绍了在ADAMS中对构件进行编辑、约束和添加驱动的方法,提出了ADAMS与UG之间数据交换的流程和基于ADAMS进行运动仿真的方法步骤。

Abstract:3D solid animated simulation of main movement organ of corn harvest machine cutter based on ADAMS can make great help for researching movement behavior of whole system,it can provide more intuitionistic understand of whole system. The flow of data exchange and the mathod of how to edit,restrict and append drive for components in ADAMS are stated in this paper,and the method of graph data exchange between UG and ADAMS and the step of 3D solid animated simulation based on ADAMS are put forward.
