云南元江普通野生稻分化的研究:Ⅰ.形态及酯酶、过氧化氢酶同工酶分析

元江普野(普通野生稻)栖生地远离栽培稻,生活周期属多年生野生稻,套袋自交后代不分离,酯酶同工酶 EST-X 位点分析显示为纯合型普野。多数形态特征分析属典型普野,未见明显的籼粳分化。同工酶分析结果则不同。酯酶上偏籼,过氧化氢酶上则偏梗。两种同工酶上表现不一致似乎表明,元江普野具有籼粳分化的可能性。元江普野在酯酶上接近南亚与东南亚普野,其过氧化氢酶又类似中国其他各省的普野,使它在追溯中国栽培稻的起源与演化上具有重要意义。

Studies on Differentiation of Common Wild Rice in Yuanjiang Yannan

The CWR(common wild rice)in Yuanjiang Yunnan is habitated far from cultivated rice.
