摘    要:室内毒力测定结果表明 :烟蚜Myzuspersicae(Sulzer)对吡虫啉反应最敏感 ,其LD50 值最小、相对毒力指数最大 ,其次是高效氯氰菊酯和氰戊菊酯对乙酰甲胺磷的敏感性最差 无论哪种杀虫剂 ,绿色个体的敏感性都大于红色个体

Abstract:The experimental results of toxicity determination of four kinds of insecticides on green peach aphid Myzus pesicae(Sulzer),were reported in this paper.The results showed that the LD 50 and index of relative toxicity of the aphid to these pesticides were different.Among these insecticides,imidacloprid offered the least LD 50 and the largest index of relative toxicity,the aphid was most sensitive to this pesticide,next come,alphacypermethrin and fenvalerate,acephate offered the largest LD 50 and the least index of relative toxicity,the aphid was the least sensitive to this pesticide.The research also showed that the green aphids had greater sensitivity than the red ones did to all insecticides.
