摘    要:消防系统规划必须在认真分析现有的消防系统的基础上进行,以最少的人力,最低的费用建立符合科学和未来发展要求的现代城市消防系统.城市消防站责任区划是城市消防系统规划的重要内容,也是消防布局规划的第一步.只有进行合理的消防站责任区划分,才能为消防系统布局优化做好准备.本文将运用多目标规划方法建立城市消防站责任区划分模型并提出求解方法,以哈尔滨香坊区消防大队为例,求解合理的责任区.

Abstract:Fire station system planning must be carefully analyzed on the basis of the existing fire protection system. The minimal manpower and lowest cost should be used to establish modern fire protection systems that conform to the requirements of scientific and development requirements of modern cities in the future. The division of city fire station responsibility area is an important content of city fire system planning, and it is the first step in the layout planning. Reasonable division can make good preparation for modern city fire protection system. In this paper, muhi-objective programming method was used to establish the model of city fire station area par- tition and solving method was put forward. The fire station of Xiangfang District in Harbin was used as an example to allocate reasona- ble fire station responsibility area.
