Establishment and Application of the Model of Fire Station Responsibility Area Partition

Fire station system planning must be carefully analyzed on the basis of the existing fire protection system. The minimal manpower and lowest cost should be used to establish modern fire protection systems that conform to the requirements of scientific and development requirements of modern cities in the future. The division of city fire station responsibility area is an important content of city fire system planning, and it is the first step in the layout planning. Reasonable division can make good preparation for modern city fire protection system. In this paper, muhi-objective programming method was used to establish the model of city fire station area par- tition and solving method was put forward. The fire station of Xiangfang District in Harbin was used as an example to allocate reasona- ble fire station responsibility area.
