基于 RFID 技术的汽车制造企业生产物流流程优化与仿真

摘    要:为提高汽车制造企业生产物流流程效率,分析并优化生产过程中涉及的物流流程,基于Flexsim仿真模拟技术比较优化前后物流流程的优劣,结合汽车制造企业生产环境应用RFID技术并确定设施类型。通过对优化前后模型的仿真比较,结果表明:优化后的货品验收区停留时间以及人员的工作时间均大大缩短,使用RFID技术可以提高汽车制造企业的生产物流流程效率;并对RFID系统实施项目进行投资回报分析,回收期为21个月。从工作效率和投资成本角度来看,使用RFID技术能够提高汽车制造企业信息化水平以及改善生产物流流程,使之更加顺畅。

Abstract:In order to improve the efficiency, this essay analyzes the productive logistics process and optimizes it. Through the Flexsim simulation, the advantages and disadvantages of the old and new process are compared. According to the real productive envi- ronment, RFID technology is applied into automobile manufacturing enterprises and the types of facilities are determined. By simula- ting and comparing the models before and after optimization, we can find that the average stay time of processor after optimization and the people's processing time are shortened greatly. So it can be concluded that after using RFID technology the productive logistics process of automobile manufacturing enterprises can be greatly improved. From the cost aspect, we do the analysis of return on investment from which shows that the cost of the RFID systems implementation project needs twenty-one months to be fully withdrew. Therefore, from efficiency and cost, using RFID technology can complete the improvement of the level of information in automobile manufacturing enterprises, optimize the productive logistics process and make it smoother.
