木塑窗角部连接方式的对比研究

摘    要:应用热熔焊接技术和胶接技术,对木塑窗角进行连接试验.木塑窗型材成分为60%的木粉(WF),36%的聚乙烯(PE)和4%的偶联剂和抗氧化剂等.连接试验由胶接和热熔焊接组成.通过对比不同连接方式的连接效果,选出更适合木塑窗角的连接方式和工艺参数.研究表明热熔焊接技术有足够的强度,更适用于木塑窗角部连接问题.

Abstract:Welding and adhesive bonding technique were applied to connect wood-plastic composite (WPC)window corners. WPC material was made up of 60% wood-flour( WF), 36% polyethylene(PE) and 4% coupling agents and antioxidants. The connec- tion tests include welding connection and adhesive bonding connection. By comparing the results from different connection methods, the suitable method and parameters were found in WPC windows connection. The results show that welding will be more suitable for solving the comer connection problems of the WPC windows, which exhibited enough connection strength.
