摘    要:一般状态下,传统燃油燃烧机不能充分燃烧生物燃油,因此本文在普通燃油燃烧机基础上,通过增加燃油喷嘴的雾化次数改进了其雾化细度;并应用农业机械的配风系统解决了规定转速下配风量低的难题;改进燃烧室的结构使其内部预热均匀为燃油点燃创造良好的条件,一定程度上解决了燃油难点燃的难题;选取恰当的油路清洗剂,避免燃烧机的腐蚀.研究结果表明,使得改进后的燃烧机基本解决了由于生物燃油自身的一些不良性质引起的工程难题,能够最大限度燃烧生物燃油,提高了燃油利用率,提高了燃烧机技术.

Abstract:In general, the traditional burner can't burn bio-oil fully. So this paper improves the atomization quality of fuel noz- zle, uses agricultural air system to solve little volume as a certain speed, improves the structure of the combustion chamber to make oil easy ignite, and selects the right abluent to avoid the burner corrosion. These ways can solve some problems that belong to bio-oil character in order to maximize the burning of bio-oil, improve the fuel efficiency and combustion technology.
