河西地区马类动物喘气病的流行病学调查与分析

多年来,在甘肃河西地区的马、骡、驴中发生着一种以气喘为特征的慢性疾病,发病的马类动物多达万头以上,致死率39.26％。通过实地调查和流行病学分析,初步认为本病为一种气源性或为变态反应性疾病,其病因可能与有机尘或无机尘有关,与霉草、霉料有关,在有些方面与人的“农民肺”相似。

The Epidemiologicol Survey and malysis of Equine Broken Wind in the Hexi Corridor of Gansu Province

There was a chronic infectious disease of horse, mule and donkey characterized by gasp in the Hexi Corridor, Gansu province for many years, total number of sicked animals reached more than ten thousand and mortality was 39. 26%. Through Analysis of epidemiology and investigation on the spot, we suggested that the disease was an airborne or allergy disease, the cause of the disease may relate to organic or inorganic dusts and mouldy forage or hay. In some aspects the disease resembles "Farm Lung" of human.
