| 摘 要： | 本文对区域调控的理论基础进行了论述,测算了全国31个省、自治区、直辖市主要畜产品综合比较优势指数,在此基础上,阐述了我国畜牧业生产的区域优势特征,并提出促进生猪生产向北方转移,发挥南方地区牛羊生产潜力,根据区域优势建立不同类型畜牧业发展模武以及国际国内市场需求,调整与优化畜禽生产结构的政策建议.
