| 摘 要： | 咖啡天蛾质型多角体病毒于1985年在福建南平首次发现。经电镜观察,多角体呈五角形或六角形,直径为0.9—3.2um。病毒粒子六边形或近圆形,直径为38—46nm。室内毒力测定结果,病毒对2龄初咖啡天蛾幼虫的致死中浓度LC50为2.845×10~4PIB/ml。紫外线、太阳光照射,对病毒的感染力影响较大,病毒在低温下贮藏一年,对其活性影响不大。

| Abstract: | A Cytoplasmic Polyhedrosis Virus of Cephonodes hylas was first discovered in Nanping, Fujian Province in 1985. Scanning electron microscopy showed that the polyhedrons are pentagon or hexagon in shape, with 0.9 to 3.2μm in diameter. The size of the virus particles is 38 to 46nm.Bioassay conducted in the laboratory showed that LC50 of early second-instar larvae is 2.845×l04PIB/ml; y =2.626+0.533x. Mortality decreased with the increasing instar. The result of our study showed that both dead larvae and polyhedral suspension could be stored in a refrigerator ( 0-4℃) for one year without losinginfectivty. |
