| 摘 要： | 本文调查分析了大学生食堂膳食及营养状况：学生由食堂膳食摄入能量２５０２．２ＫＣａｌ，占ＲＤＡ８７％；蛋白质６５．８ｇ，占ＲＤＡ７７％；脂肪３６．１４ｇ．占ＲＤＡ４９．２％；钙３４３．４ｍｇ．占ＲＤＡ４２．９％；Ｖ０．３５３ｍｇ，占ＲＤＡ４４．１％。ＢＭＩ＜１８．５的学生比例，男生占４．５％，女生占４３．５％。结果表明：学生由食堂膳食摄入能量、蛋白质、脂肪、钙、ＶＡ等存在不同程度的缺乏，女生慢性营养不良较突出。

| Abstract: | The paper investiguted the student's canteen diet and student's nutrition situation: The energvtaken from student' s canteen diet per student one day was 2502. 2 KCal . that accounted for 87% of RDA: Protein65. 8 g. accounted for 77% of RDA; Fat 36. 14 g accounted for 49. 2%. of RDA; Ca 343. 4 mg.accounted for42. 9% of RDA; VAO. 353mg,accounted for 44. l%, of RDA. The proPrtion of the boy students number ,ofwhose BMI<18.5,was 4. 5%; the proportion of the girl siudents was 43.5%. The result indicated: the energy, protein . Fat, Ca, VA taken from the stukleut' s canteen diet per student one daywere short in varying degrees. The girl students had a serious chronie energy deficiency. |
