摘    要:研究利用真菌Neosartorya hiratsukae(M7)的冻干菌体吸附溶液中Cu2+的特征。利用红外光谱分析了菌体的主要官能团,分别从动力学、等温吸附2方面进行试验,并研究了溶液pH值、Cu2+初始浓度、吸附时间对吸附过程的影响。结果表明,菌体富含羟基、羧基等官能团;吸附的最适pH值为5.0;等温吸附过程可以用Langmuir方程进行描述,菌体对Cu2+的最大吸附量为10.03 mg/g;菌体吸附Cu2+的过程进行得很快,30 min内可达到平衡吸附量的78.6%,吸附在3 h内达到平衡,吸附过程可用二级动力学方程描述(R2=0.998)。

Characteristics of Cu2+ Biosorption by Biomass of Neosartorya hiratsukae

Abstract:The characteristics of Cu2+ biosorption by biomass of fungal strain,Neosartorya hiratsukae(M7) were studied.The functional groups were analyzed by using the infrared spectra.Experiments were executed to study the kinetics and equilibrium characteristics and the effects of environmental factors results on biosorption were studied,including initial pH value,initial concentration of Cu2+ and contacting time.The results indicated that the biomass was rich in such groups as-OH and-COOH.The optimum pH value was 5.0.The equilibrium data could be fitted well with the Langmuir model.The maximum sorption capacity obtained from the Langmuir model was 10.03 mg/g.Biosorption of Cu2+ on the biomass was a rapid process.Cu2+ uptake quantity within 30 min arrived 78.6% of that of the equilibrium uptake during 3 h uptake.Cu2+ biosorptin process followed the pseudo-second order kinetics model(R2=0.998).
